Leaders Who Change the World

A leadership development programme
by Leading Perspectives.

Investing in the Next Generation of Leaders

Many people can see that the world is not as it should be. They sense the brokenness in society, culture, and even the church — and they feel compelled to do something about it.

Many people sense a call to make a difference, but don’t know where to start.

They have vision and conviction, yet often lack the space, support, and guidance needed to grow that vision in a practical and sustainable way.

At the same time, the need for thoughtful, grounded leadership is clear. Challenges in organisations and communities are often not just about strategy, but about the depth, resilience, and character of the people leading.

We believe that investing in emerging leaders—early and intentionally—can have a lasting impact.

The Vision

This programme exists to help young leaders build foundations that are both effective and deeply rooted.

Through teaching, mentorship, reflection, and practical tools, participants engage areas such as:

  • A biblical understanding of how lasting change happens

    • Not reactionary or trend-driven but rooted in wisdom and principles that have stood the test of time.

  • Strong inner lives

    • Leaders examine their stories, history, and blind spots, addressing what often undermines leadership from the inside.

  • Spiritual and scriptural depth

    • Participants learn to study Scripture carefully and draw from its depth in whatever sphere they lead.

  • Practical skills for shaping culture

    • In churches, organisations, and communities, building environments where people and ideas can grow.

  • A supportive peer community

    • Leadership is rarely a solo journey. The programme connects participants so they can learn from and walk alongside each other.

The aim isn't simply individual growth, but to help leaders who can serve well in the spaces they're part of.

Making the Programme Possible

To run this first cohort, we are working toward raising R80,000.

Rather than simply covering costs, this support helps create space for leaders to be equipped, guided, and strengthened in a meaningful way.

If you’d like to be part of this, here are a few practical ways to contribute:

  • R500 – Provides the creation of resourcing materials for one leader

  • R1,500 – Funds a season of one-on-one mentoring for one leader across the six weeks

  • R4,000 – Covers half of one leader's place in the programme

  • R8,000 – Fully sponsors one leader's place for the whole six weeks

  • R13,000 – Helps fund a full week of teaching, mentoring, and resourcing for the entire cohort

  • Any amount – contributes toward the R80,000 goal

Every contribution, whatever the size, plays a part in making this possible.
If you'd like to contribute, you can do so here.

Any extra funds raised will go towards sponsoring future cohorts.

If this kind of work resonates with you, you’re welcome to be part of it in whatever way feels appropriate.

Some choose to give financially.
Some sponsor a participant.

Others support by sharing, encouraging, or simply staying connected.

There’s no pressure—just an open invitation to take part in something we believe is worth building over time.

Looking Ahead

Lasting leadership is rarely built quickly. It develops steadily, often in ways that aren’t immediately visible.

This programme is a small step in that direction.

If done well, it has the potential to ripple outward—into communities, organisations, and relationships in ways that are thoughtful and lasting.

If you’d like to follow the journey or hear how the pilot unfolds, you’re welcome to stay connected.
